GROUP PROCESSES

Group processes involve 1.5-hour, closed-group meetings where we explore our wounds and patterns and learn from the process and growth of the other group members.

Guided by the facilitator and with contributions of fellow participants (who have their own stories and resources), these processes are a wonderful opportunity to work on our wounds and relational patterns in a group context. Sessions include psychoeducation, sharing and interventions, and a guided meditation to integrate what we learned on a somatic level.
